- Assist the team to provide legal related work to Vietnamese and multinational clients across a range of industries, - Incharge/supporting higher level in preparing documentation related to advising foreign investors in business investments in Vietnam, project adjustment procedures in Vietnam. - Executing projects on legal review, business consulting, M&A, contracts, legal advice. - Assisting in liaising and working with authorities to submit documents and receive results from licensing agencies. - Updating legal documents and respond promptly to our clients’ inquiries related to investment in Vietnam. - Other tasks as assigned.
