? Position: Legal Trainee
? Location: 4th Floor, Duong Tuan Building, Le Thai To Street, Vo Cuong Ward, Bac Ninh Province
⏰ Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday

? What you will do:

• Support the team in providing legal services to both local and multinational clients.

• Prepare documents related to foreign investment and project adjustment procedures.

• Assist in projects such as legal review, business consulting, M&A, contracts, and legal advisory.

• Liaise with authorities for submissions and licensing procedures.

• Update legal documents and assist in addressing client inquiries.

? What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Well-organized, able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).

• Proficient in MS Office 365.
