? Position: Legal Associate
? Location: 4th Floor, Duong Tuan Building, Le Thai To Street, Vo Cuong Ward, Bac Ninh Province
⏰ Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday

? What you will do:

• Assist in providing legal services to local and international clients across industries.

• Prepare documents and support procedures related to foreign investment and project adjustments in Vietnam.

• Participate in legal review, business consulting, M&A, contracts, and legal advisory projects.

• Liaise with authorities for submissions and licensing matters.

• Update legal documents and respond promptly to client inquiries.

? What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law with 3–5 years of relevant experience.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

• Proficiency in English and/or Chinese (additional languages are a plus).

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Proficient in MS Office 365.
