? Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
? Location: 37 Ky Con Street, Nguyen Thai Binh Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City

Job Description

As an Accounting Associate at ALTAS, you will act as a key liaison between internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders, ensuring financial operations are clear, transparent, and internationally compliant:

Perform full-cycle general accounting tasks: costing, cash flow, financial reporting, taxation, and management reports
Convert and reconcile financial statements from VAS to IFRS or US GAAP based on client requirements
Review, adjust, and guide junior accountants in preparing VAT, CIT reports, financial statements, and financial analyses
Communicate and work directly with clients in both English and Chinese
Collaborate with auditors, tax authorities, and third-party stakeholders to resolve financial issues
Contribute to the development of internal control systems and support the training of junior staff
Candidates with experience in SAP/ERP systems are preferred

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
3–5 years of experience in auditing firms or foreign-invested enterprises
Fluent in English for professional communication and document handling.
Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS, US GAAP) and Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS)
Logical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Immediate availability is an advantage
