From 2021 to 2024, An led the Accounting and Tax compliance Services department at TMF Group Vietnam as Head of the division. Under her leadership, the team consistently achieved its goals, earning her the Best Leader Award in 2022. Prior to this role, An held Director position at AGS Accounting Company Limited, Assistant Manager at S&S Audit Consulting Company Limited, and Senior Leader at UHY Auditing Company.
