Mr. Lâm is a legal expert and an experienced lawyer with a strong background in litigation. He graduated from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law. With nearly 15 years of legal experience, Mr. Lâm has held various roles and worked in different organizations, including the Pacific Law Firm, Salereal Real Estate Company, and Bình Thạnh Bailiff's Office from graduation until 2013, where he developed his expertise in civil cases, commercial disputes, labor law, and contracts.

From 2014 to 2019, Mr. Lâm worked as a court clerk at the People’s Court of Thủ Đức District, further enhancing his understanding of legal procedures and complex legal matters. Leveraging his accumulated knowledge and skills, in 2020, Mr. Lâm founded Thủ Đức Law Firm and served as its CEO. Under his leadership, the firm thrived, specializing in civil cases, commercial disputes, labor law, and contracts.

In 2024, seeking further growth, Mr. Lâm merged Thủ Đức Law Firm with ALTAS, where he was appointed as a Partner and Head of Litigation at ALTAS. With his extensive experience and strategic leadership, Mr. Lâm plays a pivotal role in guiding ALTAS’s continued growth, ensuring top-tier legal services and strategic guidance for clients across various sectors.

An is a seasoned tax, accounting, auditing and payroll professional with over 15 years of experience. As a Certified Public Accountant of Vietnam (CPA VN), she holds multiple practice certificates and has a proven track record across diverse industries, including manufacturing, trading, services, IT, and logistics. Her expertise spans from small-scale businesses to multinational corporations. An excels in tax optimization, accounting process streamlining, cost standardization, and financial analysis. 

From 2021 to 2024, An led the Accounting and Tax compliance Services department at TMF Group Vietnam as Head of the division. Under her leadership, the team consistently achieved its goals, earning her the Best Leader Award in 2022. Prior to this role, An held Director position at AGS Accounting Company Limited, Assistant Manager at S&S Audit Consulting Company Limited, and Senior Leader at UHY Auditing Company. 

Mr. Luong Van CHUONG (Chris Luong) has been known as an experienced and results-oriented attorney with over a decade of expertise in delivering productive legal solutions to a diverse portfolio of international and domestic corporate clients. During his career path, he also actively working as an experienced in-house counsel at VNG Corporation, the first Vietnam’s “unicorn” technologies company. In this capacity, Mr. Chris leads a legal team responsible for providing strategic legal advisory, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting across various internal functions of the organization. Before joining ALTAS as a Partner, he served as a Partner of SBLAW LLC advising over 1,000 clients on foreign investment, corporate transactions, labor, trade, and real-estate matters. Successfully secured 350+ licenses for clients as well as supporting litigation teams, Mr. Chris has been recognized for leadership with demonstrated ability to perform under pressure and navigate complex legal and business landscapes.

Huy, a seasoned legal practitioner, brings over a decade of expertise to ALTAS, specializing in dispute resolution, commercial arbitration, and providing expert counsel on labor, employment, commercial, and civil transactions. With degrees from esteemed institutions and fluency in both Vietnamese and Chinese, Huy has successfully resolved complex legal disputes for clients from China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. Notable achievements include securing million-dollar sales in commercial disputes and facilitating debt recovery for high-profile clients. His commitment to strategic solutions and linguistic proficiency make him a valuable asset at ALTAS

Mr. Vu (Dennis) has 11 years of experience in the Regulatory Affairs field. Within that, more than 5 years of experience specialized on Medical Device & healthcare sector in commercial legal practice (both local and multi-national companies). Having long term experience working with authority and strong established networks in Regulatory Affair, together with a keen combination of applying law and business in practice.
