[HIRING] - LEGAL ASSOCIATE

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Assist the team to provide legal related work to Vietnamese and multinational clients across a range of industries,

- Incharge/supporting higher level in preparing documentation related to advising foreign investors in business investments in Vietnam, project adjustment procedures in Vietnam.

- Executing projects on legal review, business consulting, M&A, contracts, legal advice.

- Assisting in liaising and working with authorities to submit documents and receive results from licensing agencies.

- Updating legal documents and respond promptly to our clients’ inquiries related to investment in Vietnam.

- Other tasks as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s degree in law major

- At least 1-2 years of related work experience required.

- Demonstrate strong social/ verbal/ written communication, interpersonal skills, and collaboration skills with clients.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a professional team.

- Well-organized to meet deadlines and effectively manage multiple tasks.

- Proficiency in using English language (speaking, listening, reading, and writing) in social and business communication (Additional knowledge of other languages is preferred)

- Proficiency in MS Office 365 applications

- Working location: Saigon Mystery Villa - 17 Tran Quy Kien Street, Binh Trung Tay Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
