One of the most anticipated moments of the visit was the sharing session with Lawyer Lê Quang Lâm, who spoke on “Career Opportunities in the Legal Industry in Vietnam.” Drawing from his extensive experience, Mr. Lâm discussed the growing legal market, emerging trends, essential skills needed by law graduates, and the wide array of career paths in both traditional law firms and multidisciplinary companies like ALTAS. The speakers answered candidly and thoroughly, helping bridge the gap between academic theory and actual industry expectations. The students’ enthusiasm and curiosity reflected a strong desire to understand the realities of the legal profession and prepare themselves accordingly.

In addition to the academic and professional discussions, the tea break was another highlight of the trip. Over light snacks and drinks, students engaged in one-on-one conversations with ALTAS professionals, including partners, managers, and department heads. This informal setting allowed students to ask further questions, network, and explore more in-depth topics in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. It was a great chance to build connections and understand workplace dynamics on a personal level.
