[LEGAL UPDATE] Responsibility for Submitting Reports on the Employment of Foreign Workers and Participation in Unemployment Insurance in January 2025

Pursuant to Official Letter No. 28950/SLĐTBXH-VL-ATLĐ dated November 18, 2024, and Official Letter No. 33338/SLĐTBXH-VLATLĐ dated December 30, 2024, the Department of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs (DOLISA) requests that organizations and businesses operating in Ho Chi Minh City submit two reports during January 2025 as follows:

The first is the Report on the Employment of Foreign Workers. This report includes data for the reporting period from December 15, 2023, to December 14, 2024, and must be submitted between December 15, 2024, and January 5, 2025. The report should be prepared using Form No. 07/PLI issued under Decree 70/2023/ND-CP.
Submission method:

Provide data on foreign workers and upload a scanned copy of the signed and sealed report (PDF format).

The second is the Report on Participation in Unemployment Insurance. This report covers data for the entire year of 2024 and must be completed no later than January 15, 2025. It should be prepared using Form No. 33 attached to Circular No. 28/2015/TT-BLĐTBXH.
Submission method:

Upload a scanned copy of the signed and sealed report (PDF format) along with the soft copy.
