Position: Legal Associate
Workplace: 4th Floor, Duong Tuan Building, Le Thai To Street, Vo Cuong Ward, Bac Ninh
Working hours: 8:30 – 17:30, Monday – Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal consultancy for Vietnamese and international clients across various sectors.

• Assist in preparing documents, investment procedures, and project adjustments in Vietnam.

• Handle projects related to legal consulting, M&A, contracts, and liaise with authorities.

• Update legal regulations and support clients in investment activities.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law with 3–5 years of relevant experience.

• Strong communication, writing, and teamwork skills.

• Proficiency in English and/or Chinese (other languages are a plus).

• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
