Scope of Services – 服务范围 (1.1)
ALTAS offers comprehensive legal services under a monthly retainer, including:

✅ Day-to-Day Legal Counsel – 日常法律咨询
Advice on legal issues arising in daily operations in compliance with Vietnamese laws.
针对日常运营中的法律问题提供咨询，确保遵守越南法律。

✅ Drafting & Reviewing Documents – 文件起草与审核
Assistance in preparing and reviewing contracts, documents, and business correspondence.
协助起草、审查合同、法律文件与商业函件。

✅ Meeting & Negotiation Support – 会议与谈判支持
Representing clients in meetings with partners or authorities (with at least 8-hour advance notice).
在与合作伙伴或主管机关的会议中代表客户（需提前至少8小时通知）。

✅ Legal Document Provision – 法律文件提供
Providing Vietnamese legal documents on request (English version if available).
按需提供越南法律文件（如有英文版本也将一并提供）。

Regular updates on laws and regulations in areas such as investment, tax, labor, and corporate law.

ALTAS will provide a separate proposal for these services upon client request.

Performance of Services – 服务执行 (1.2)
ALTAS will serve as your legal division. Communication methods include:
ALTAS 将作为您的法律部门，沟通方式包括：

✅ Telephone or fax – 电话或传真
✅ Direct meetings – 现场会议

Note: Consultants are not classified as client employees and do not receive employment benefits. ALTAS will assign sufficient working hours to meet service requirements.
注：法律顾问不被视为客户雇员，亦不享受雇员福利。ALTAS 将根据需要安排合理工时满足服务要求。

Working Hours & Usage – 正常工作时间与使用限额 (1.3)
✅ Standard Hours – 标准工作时间
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
周一至周五，上午 8:30 至下午 5:30
(Excludes weekends and public holidays 不包括周末与法定节假日)

✅ Monthly Retainer Hours – 每月服务时间
General consulting: Unlimited
一般咨询服务：不限时

Meeting time: Limited to 5 hours/month
会议时间：限每月5小时

✅ Additional Time – 超时服务
ALTAS will notify the client and apply preferential hourly rates for additional time beyond limits.
如超出服务时间，ALTAS 将提前通知客户并以优惠时薪计费。

Billing & Disbursement – 顾问费用与开支 (1.4)
You will receive a monthly statement covering:
您将收到一份月度账单，内容包括：

Consulting fee – 顾问费用

Disbursements: postage, phone, copying, legal filings, courier, urgent staff time, etc.
费用报销：邮费、电话费、复印费、法律申报费、快递费、紧急项目加班费等

Some in-house services may include indirect cost allocations.
部分内部服务可能包括间接费用分摊。
