ALTAS introduces the "Comparison Table of the Draft Personal Data Protection Law and Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on Personal Data Protection," compiled by member lawyer Luong Van Chuong.
In today's increasingly digital world, personal data has become an invaluable asset. However, with this value comes significant responsibility. Organizations are now faced with complex legal landscapes, both domestically and internationally, regarding the collection, processing, and protection of personal data.
ALTAS LAW recognizes that the regulatory environment surrounding personal data protection is constantly evolving, with stringent laws like Vietnam’s Decree No. 13/2023/ND-CP, the EU’s GDPR, and other international standards reshaping how businesses operate.
Our team of seasoned legal professionals possesses in-depth knowledge and expertise in these regulations, enabling us to provide tailored solutions to meet your specific needs.
