On March 20, 2025, the Central Steering Committee for the Organizational Restructuring of the Political System issued Official Letter No. 43-CV/BCĐ, requesting the completion of the reorganization of the local People’s Courts and People’s Procuracies before June 30, 2025. In line with this directive, the Supreme People’s Court is currently drafting a Resolution on the establishment, dissolution, and determination of territorial jurisdiction of People’s Courts.

Starting from July 1, 2025, under Clause 4, Article 40 of Decree No. 69/2024/ND-CP, business accounts previously registered on the National Business Registration Portal and ministerial/provincial administrative procedure resolution systems will no longer be valid. Instead, businesses are required to use organizational electronic identification accounts via the VNeID application to carry out online administrative procedures.

On 29 May 2025, during its 9th session, the 15th National Assembly passed Resolution No. 201/2025/QH15 with high consensus. This Resolution introduces a five-year pilot implementation of specific mechanisms and policies, effective from 1 June 2025, aimed at promoting the development of social housing nationwide. The Ministry of Home Affairs is currently drafting a new decree to replace Decree No. 152/2020/ND-CP, which regulates foreign workers in Vietnam and the recruitment and management of Vietnamese workers employed by foreign organizations and individuals in Vietnam (the "Draft"). The Draft is open for public consultation and is expected to impact entities that employ or manage foreign labor, as well as those managing Vietnamese working for foreign employers.
